Some people worry about the powers that unions have, and the abuses of that power … they argue that unions give too much of an advantage to workers, at the expense of the employer. Well, apparently someone thought “we’ve regulated unions enough, let’s go the other way now.”

Airport Security?

When will people realize that this is STUPID and doesn’t help anything? Just because one person had a bomb in his shoe DOES NOT mean that now EVERYONE needs to have their shoes checked!

More Unfounded Regulation (*groan*)

First it was a fear of using cell phones on planes. Now it’s a fear of using broadband Internet on planes. This is just silly on so many levels that it’s hard to decide where to begin.

Bad Conclusions

I worry about the bad conclusions that our government officials are going to be coming to after this attack. It’s so easy to become “reactionary” to these sorts of things, and that’s just what you don’t want to do.
