It’s October 30, 2022 and we’ve finally had our first frost of the season – so naturally I went outside as soon as I woke up and snapped a few photos.
Coincidentally, I had just mowed the lawn and cleared out all the leaves the day before, but more leaves had fallen overnight so there were plenty to use as focal points for my photos.
We’ll see how the remaining plants in my vegetable and herb gardens do after this frost – some of the plants I know can handle it, but for others this might be the end of the line for them.
This last photo I think is my favorite – I just like the way the cut grass looks.
