Crikey! This brings back some memories. To this day I still have a hard time “getting going” in the morning – though I could’ve told you that it has nothing to do with whether I ate breakfast that day or not.
Still, an interesting article – and a good argument for anyone who feels a little “down” all the time to get some more (and perhaps better) sleep. Hopefully I’ll be able to follow my own advise soon and get myself a new mattress – one that doesn’t SUCK. But we’ll see…
