Update: Actually, I’m guilty of not RTFA on this one. I suppose it’s a good thing that they let him through the border crossing – they said (and I’m paraphrasing here) “he’s a naturalized U.S. Citizen with no warrants, so we had to let him through.” Of course, given my previous post and the story of a teacher who was told that she had no constitutional rights because she had a knife in her baggage, one has to wonder…
