RSS can kiss my ass

After futzing about with standards, formats, and all that jazz, I’ve settled on just using the built-in RSS 2.0 feed that comes from WordPress. I used to use FeedBurner to convert the lousy Blogger Atom XML feed into RSS 2.0 format – it had the side effect of making the feed appear in my newsreader as a mini web page (other feeds do this too; lilke Autoblog and Slashdot). Now, for some reason, it doesn’t show up like that anymore – it’s just plain text with a bare minimum of HTML for links & whatnot. WTF?

I’ve examined RSS feeds from other sites, and I can’t figure out why mine shows up at just text. (Other feeds that show up this way are Instapundit and The Volokh Conspiracy.)

If anyone reading this happens to know what’s up, or how I can get my feed to show up in a user’s reader propery formatted (i.e. with the sidebar, background, graphics, formatting, etc), I’d really appreciate it if you could leave a comment letting me know what to do, or even just pointing the way towards a resource I can use to figure this out.

Thanks, y’all.
