I’m going away this week – I’m going to be on vacation in Sanbornton, NH. I’m going to be pampering myself with hot spas, golf, more hot spas, spas, sleep, games, movies, still more spas (did I mention spas?) and some other stuff, probably involving food and/or alcohol. Probably more of the fommer, and less of the latter. Let’s face it – I need this vacation. I haven’t seen anyone besides the people I work with and Amanda recently in… geez, I don’t even know – let’s just say it’s been a real long time.
So what does this mean for you, my wonderful readers? Well, a few things. First, and foremost, I won’t be blogging. I don’t have a laptop, so even if I did have net access, that would be out of the question. I may audioblog, however, if something interesting happens.
I’ll be taking my camera and tripod, in case I feel inspired, so when I get back there may be lots of pictures to post. But I’m not sure – the scenery isn’t exactly great right now; it’s still too brown & dead looking.
If you are one of the lucky people who knows my cell phone number, I will have that on me, so you can call and/or text message me. Whether I’m around to answer or not is another question entirely.
Amanda will NOT be joining me – since she doesn’t own her own business, she can’t just take vacation time whenever she wants. So if you want to cheer her up, be sure to drop her a note. (And tell her to update her blog, for crying out loud!)
Anyway, I’ll be back Saturday, April 16th (right after tax day – oh dear!), and until then… ta-ta!
