FCC clarifies that they do, in fact, control everything
Holy fucking shit. The FCC needs to get a grip.
Actually, fuck the FCC. This latest round of “well, we were never told we couldn’t regulate it… so we’ll just assume that means we can” stuff is just too much. For an agency that exists only because Congress created them, they sure are stretching the boundaries of their specifically mandated authority.
Now you see why I think small government is better.
