I love making CDs. They’re so much fun to make – especially when they have wide appeal.
Some time ago I made a CD called “Driving Fast” for my friend Chris’s birthday. It was a good CD too, so later I gave copies of it away to other friends.
Today (or more accurately, last night) I finished making the master CD for my “Driving Fast Volume II” CD, which I made a few copies of today and gave away to some of the same friends. It’s a great CD, let me tell you. Here’s a link to a PDF of what it looks like (just imagine it printed on a white CD label, okay?). You can also see the track list from that PDF.
If you’re interested in some of the songs on the CD for yourself, just visit the fine folks over at OCRemix and download most of the songs from there. A few others were inspired by anime music videos – videos where people take music & splice together scenes from (generally) popular anime series – often to amazing dramatic effect. For example, the people over at MoreThanToast did a few videos that I have, and they inspired some of the songs on this CD, including Girls, Chick Magnet, and ONly in Dreams. I definately recommend that you check them out.
Oh and BTW, the “Horn Dog” track is the music used by Mitsubishi in its advertising for cars like the Outlander and Endeavor. So in a way, it’s the “theme song” to my car!
