Dad cleaned my litterbox again yesterday, so of course I took advantage of this opportunity to lie quietly in a nice, clean, fresh litter box.
The trick is to get in there before Betsy can use it. She doesn’t understand the joy of taking a quiet nap on fresh litter, so she just makes a mess of it (or digs in the box and scatters it everywhere).
Ahhhh…. yesssss…. time to settle down for a nap. Put that camera away, dad, I’m trying to sleep here.
I love “clean litter box day!”

We get very angry about clean litter box day. We hate mom being in our space and touching our things. It takes a long time to get it messy like we like it. As soon as she’s finished, we make it a point to begin undoing the damage she’s just done (aka making a mess all over again)
Interesting sentiment, Gus. I was under the impression clean litter was for flinging around the room. It’s so entertaining to watch Mom scurry around with the broom.
I like to fling litter all over the room! It is super fun! I love seeing how far I can get it to go. And dad’s expression when he walks in and sees what I’ve done is priceless!!
Clean – Dirty – inbetween. We LOVE being in the litter box!
Boy, you have a BIG one, Gus!
Well, you know, it has to do double-duty – one litter box, two rabbits!
