Dad got all sentimental on me today and put together a set of pictures from when I was just a baby bunny.
Pictures like this one, from when I was first rescued by my mom:
Or this, from when I was still very little and could make do with a tiny little litterbox/cage:
Or when I was so small, and I spent some time in the yard with a guinea pig named George:
Or this classic one of when I took dad for a walk (he claims it was the other way around, but we know better):
Those were the days:
I guess I was pretty small and cute, though:
Honestly, dad… so sentimental. I disapprove.

Why Gus …. we had NO idea. You were just a teeny weeny. You got a good ending to a tough start! No wonder you are so “in charge” around there!
Uber cute I’d say!
oh how sweet – we still think you are very cute.
Ahhhhh! We think you were an adorable little bun just as you are a handsome big bun now!
What cute pictures of you, Gus! It hurts my heart to hear that you were ever treated badly by someone. Good thing you have such a great mom and dad now!
Look at little Gussy! Mom enjoyed reading about you getting rescued and how your Dad became a bunny slave!
Aw, Gus! You’re so lucky your mom and dad found you! Patch was also an abandoned bun, found outside by a nice lady who rescues rabbits.
I love this blog!! It makes me smile to see other rabbit parents as enslaved as I am. Gus you are such a cutie. Betsy too!
You must’ve been a beautiful bay-beeeeee….
There’s more of you to be cute now, Gus, abut gosh waht a cute little guy you were! Love the picture of you walking your dad, you are so in charge.
U are soooo cute when u’re small XD
So very cute! I love the lounging on the couch pic!
Gus, we didn’t know you had such an exciting story! How scary the bit when your mum found you and got you home, and we had a giggle at seeing you walk your dad – that’s the spirit!
Aww such cute photos!! Especially the one of you walking Dad.. you were a born leader from the start 😉
