Mum and dad have their own litter box, of course – but it’s not really a box like ours, it’s a whole other room. Strangely, it has that slippery tile floor – I don’t know how they stand it.
Sometimes when dad goes into his litter box, I like to sit outside and wait for him. Sometimes I’ll even poke my head in just to make sure he’s OK.
I’m so thoughtful.

I like to check on the humans in their litter box too. I usually wait until dad is busy and start eating the shower curtain! Hee hee hee!
Gus, although I appreciate you “checking in” on me (sort of like an “oh THERE you are, dad” thing) I have to say…
…it really FREAKS me out when I find you sitting outside the bathroom waiting for me. All I can think of is “oh god what have I done wrong now?”
So, y’know, could you… stop? Maybe? Please?
Tell your Mom and Dad to put rugs on their litter box floor. They do that for us. Actually, that is our play area when they clean our cages.
Oh yeah, staring at the humans when they in their litter box can make them bring out more treats. It works for us. 🙂
That’s very kind of you. Puddy likes to check on me too. I think she’s worried that there’s another exit out of the room that she doesn’t know about, and she doesn’t want me to leave.
Animals are so considerate. 🙂
I really prefer giving DKM the total creeps by watching her when she tries to shower. She leaves the door open a crack to let the steam out and that’s when Fiona, Sophia and I break in to give her the willies. Seems she doesn’t like three sets of eyes glaring at her… HEE!
Hee hee.. maybe Gus just wants to make sure that Dad didn’t slip on the slippery tiles. Cos if Dad slipped and hurt himself, that would mean one less human to tend to the bunnies! :p
Yup .. considerate and thoughtful is just what us bunns are!!!!
